1. You’ll need to decide what room category and how many rooms you want to book; interior, ocean view, balcony, or
Suite. Most categories can accommodate up to 4 people.
⚠️⚠️ If you’re traveling solo and want to split a room with someone, text me and I will pair you up with someone I think you will get along with. This will save you some money and you might make a new lifelong friend in the process.
2. Fill out THIS form and the Travel Advisor that is helping get you some amazing rates will reach out to you. Let him know that you want to book a room for my and Jay’s 45th birthday cruise. He will let you know what options are available and answer any questions you might have about booking, get you set up with a room, give you important details about any down payments that might be needed as well as final dates and deadlines. He will also get you set up with room preferences such as bed arrangements and dining times.
⚠️⚠️ Deposits will not have to be paid at the time of securing the booking, but will have to be paid within 30 days of making the booking. Deposits are usually $500 per room and can be divided up if you want to pay half out of one check and half out of another. The remainder of the trip will have to be paid before Feb 7, 2027.
3. Once you have booked your room, join the Facebook event page if you have a Facebook. Many day to day updates
will be shared there as well as tips from the pros (us😏) . This will also help give us a headcount to plan events.
